在场压机场运行期间,不建议使用自动选择减推力起飞。自动油门(A/T)将在预位(ARM)模式下保持起飞推力,直到选择选择一个俯仰方式、高度截获(ALT AQ)或按压N1电门。在爬升时接通高度层改变(LVL CHG)(离地后2.5分钟的抑制期除外)也将会使自动油门接通N1模式。请参考FCOM4.10.1 N1电门页面。
对于不使用垂直导航(VNAV)方式的起飞,常用的方法是在减推力高度按下N1电门使用减推力,并在加速高度设置襟翼收上的机动速度。

During takeoff, automatic reduction to climb thrust occurs upon reaching the selected thrust reduction altitude which is shown on the FMC CDU TAKEOFF REF page 2/2 during preflight, The acceleration altitude specified in our company's SOP is 1500AGL, which is consistent with the setting on the takeoff reference page in CDU.
If we operating at an airport with QFE: We usually do not see N1 mode will be automatically displayed at 1500AGL during takeoff. So If there is no manual intervention, when will it automatically appear?

Q2. Are there any other things the pilot need to pay attention to when N1 didn’t show up?
A2. Automatic takeoff thrust reduction is not recommended during QFE operations. The autothrottle (A/T) will maintain takeoff thrust with the autothrottle in ARM until a pitch mode is selected, ALT AQ is active or the N1 switch is pushed. Engaging LVL CHG in climb (except during inhibit period for 2 ½ minutes after lift-off) will also engage the A/T in N1 mode after takeoff. Please see Ref/B/ Autothrottle N1 Mode Pages.
A common thrust reduction and acceleration technique for takeoffs without VNAV is to push the N1 button at the thrust reduction altitude and set the flaps up maneuvering speed at the acceleration altitude.
